DIVERSITY, of course deserve our deepest respect. Ethnicity, gender, religion, sexuality, abilities, medical or psychological conditions are well defined in the UDHR as identity traits to be universally protected.
However, going a step further, we would like to tell you about INCLUSION. As Myers once said:
“diversity is being invited to the party; inclusion is being asked to dance.”
We all want (and can) to dance. It’s just about to create adequate opportunities.

Accordingly we love how small gestures make a big impact on developing communities and the way culture and sustainability can flawlessly live together. Accordingly we love how small gestures make a big impact on developing communities and the way culture and sustainability can flawlessly live together.
But how does culture foster environmental sustainability? Responsible use of natural resources is required for any development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Therefore we understand culture in such terms because there will be no chance to plan B.

Public administrations cooperating in neighborhood movement projects? Cultural associations supporting social groups at risk of exclusion ?. Musicians of America creating alongside Lebanese poets? Today those concepts are everyday for us. The key lies in the legitimacy of the proposals and in the efficiency of the collaboration.
A collaboration that supported by honesty and empathy, in efficient communication and with a properly structured environment, is capable of developing the most ambitious of ventures.
The product of the combined effort of two individuals is objectively more profitable than that delivered from the sum of the effort of the same individuals separately.

Let’s be honest, almost everything can be done a little better. In all areas of society. And in certain sectors, even much better.
On the other hand, it is imperative that the creative flow that we are able of developing in our communities maintains the orientation and pursuit of previously established objectives so that collective intelligence address the flows in the right direction.
All of us, without exception, keep in our potential considerable creative skills extremely useful for the development and promotion of our common projects.

Self-organisation as modern dynamic opposed to fully hierarchical organizations facilitates more motivating structures for members of the group. Thus, as a consequence, there is a more efficient use of talent, along with a better use of available resources.
It is truly remarkable how, to the extent that the members of a group are participants and co-authors in defining the direction an organization takes, to the same extent they develop affections and feelings of belonging to such a structure.
It smells like utopia to not have anyone to tell you what to do, but in many organisations it is already a case of success.
